Abstract:
The present invention relates to a water-soluble base coat composition comprising a first acrylic resin, a second acrylic resin, a polyurethane dispersion resin, a polyester resin, a urethane resin, and a melamine-based curing agent, wherein the first acrylic resin has a glass transition temperature of 15 to 25°C and a weight average molecular weight 11,000 to 15,000 g/mol and the second acrylic resin has a glass transition temperature 1 to 10°C and a weight average molecular weight 5,000 to 10,000 g/mol.
