Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of measurement and testing, and particularly relates to a water cooling flow channel temperature and flow rate measurement system and method, and a flow channel parameter testing system. The measurement system comprises: a flow channel temperature control and adjustment unit, which is arranged on a corresponding heat dissipation node in a water cooling flow channel, and adjusts, by means of a sensed temperature, a flow channel of a refrigerant flowing through the water cooling flow channel, such that the heat of each heat dissipation node is taken away; a flow rate monitoring unit, which is mounted at a water inlet or a water outlet of a transparent water cooling chamber, so as to measure a refrigerant input/output amount; several temperature sensors, which are mounted at a casing of the transparent water cooling chamber, so as to measure the temperature of the casing; an image collection module, which collects a flow channel form in the water cooling flow channel; and a control module. The present invention can conveniently and quickly obtain a refrigerant input/output amount corresponding to a corresponding flow channel form, and temperature data of a casing, thereby providing a design basis for a flow channel of a grate bar.
