Abstract:
A water baffle structure of an electrical discharge machining tank, comprising a lower arm (3) capable of transversely and longitudinally moving in the horizontal direction under driving of a first drive mechanism and a second drive mechanism. The water baffle structure comprises a water baffle (2) arranged on a machining tank (1), a drive device (6) for driving the water baffle (2) to move relative to the machining tank (1) and pressing devices (5), the water baffle (2) abutting against one side of the machining tank (1). The side of the machining tank (1) facing the lower arm (3) is fixedly provided with a mounting frame (4); and by means of the pressing devices (5) arranged on the mounting frame (4), the water baffle (2) is pressed against the machining tank (1), so as to complete sealing. The water baffle structure reduces the movement resistance of the lower arm (3), so that the movement of the water baffle (2) and the movement of the lower arm (3) are kept consistent, ensuring the sealing effect of the machining tank (1).
