A watch, comprising a housing (1), a rotary ring opening (2) and a watch ring (3). The rotary ring opening (2) is rotatably provided on the housing (1); the watch ring (3) is fixed on the housing (1) so as to axially limit the rotary ring opening (2); the rotary ring opening (2) may translate in an axial direction; when the rotary ring opening (2) translates close to the watch ring (3) in the axial direction, the rotary ring opening (2) is locked; and when the rotary ring opening (2) translates away from the watch ring (3) in the axial direction, the rotary ring opening (2) is unlocked and may rotate about the housing (1). By means of a simple mechanical structure, the rotary ring opening (2) is locked after being rotated into place, and the rotary ring opening (2) freely rotates after being pressed and unlocked. The watch is easy to operate and timing is accurate, allowing a wearer to more confidently use a timing function during deep diving.
