Abstract:
The disclosed washing machine may include: a tub; a water supply valve for opening or closing a flow path for supplying water to the tub; and a control part, wherein the control part: controls the water supply valve to supply water to the tub to a target water level; on the basis of the supply of water to the tub to the target water level, determines whether a water pressure of the water supply valve is normal; on the basis of determining that the water pressure of the water supply valve is abnormal, controls a water supply operation time of the water supply valve and updates water pressure information including the water supply operation time and the water pressure of the water supply valve; and configures the updated water pressure information to be used to control the water supply valve in an operation course of the washing machine.
