Abstract:
The present application provides a voice outbound call processing method and a related apparatus. The method comprises: determining a target account; determining user information according to the target account; generating an opening script according to the user information; acquiring historical game record information of a target user in a target game according to a game account; generating a memory script according to the historical game record information; determining a target recall strategy for the target user; generating a resource push script according to the target recall strategy; determining conversation feature information; determining a target timbre according to conversation timbre information; according to conversation style information, the opening script, the memory script, and the resource push script, generating a recall script for executing a phone recall service for the target user; and performing a voice call with a terminal device according to the recall script, wherein in a voice call process, the timbre of a server is a target timbre. In this way, communication with a user by means of a voice outbound call is more humanized, and the probability of recalling a game player back to a game is increased.
