Abstract:
Provided is a viscous composition that contains a nanocellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, and water, and that has a relatively high transparency. More specifically, provided is a viscous composition which contains a nanocellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, and water and has a transmittance not less than 30%, and in which the hydroxyethyl cellulose is a hydroxyethyl cellulose crosslinked by a crosslinking agent, and the hydroxyethyl cellulose crosslinked by the crosslinking agent contains 0.35 mass% or more of the crosslinking agent.
