Abstract:
A video decoding method, which is executed by a computer device, comprises: obtaining a media application scenario and a video content feature of original video data to be encoded (S101); according to the media application scenario and the video content feature, determining a target sampling parameter for sampling the original video data (S102); sampling the original video data according to the target sampling parameter so as to obtain sampled video data (S103); and encoding the sampled video data to obtain video encoded data corresponding to the original video data (S104).
