Abstract:
Provided is a vibration screening device for carbon production, comprising a screening box (1), a purification structure (3), a mounting frame (8) and a filter screen (11). The screening box (1) is of a rectangular box-shaped structure. Four supporting legs are fixed to four corners of the bottom of the screening box (1). A screening cavity is formed in the screening box (1). A funnel-shaped feeding port (2) is formed in one end of the top of the screening box (1), and the purification structure (3) for assisting in purifying air in the screening box (1) is provided at the top of the screening box (1). The mounting frame (8) is obliquely inserted into the screening cavity. Fastening blocks (12) are arranged in clamping cavities. A fastening cavity is formed between the two clamping cavities on the same side, and a fastening structure (16) is provided in each fastening cavity. A slag discharge port is formed in the end of the screening box (1) corresponding to the oblique bottommost portion of the mounting frame (8), and a discharge port is formed in the bottom of the screening box (1). The vibration screening device for carbon production is reasonable in design, and the filter screen in the screening box can be rapidly and effectively replaced according to needs, avoiding the problem of inconvenient replacement of the filter screen. Therefore, the vibration screening device is suitable for application and popularization.
