A vibration isolation pad (100), used for connecting a main body (12) and a gimbal (300) of a movable platform (200). The vibration isolation pad (100) comprises: a first connecting portion (14), at least two first connecting members (18) being provided in the circumferential direction of the vibration isolation pad (100), and the first connecting members (18) being configured to be cooperatively connected to the gimbal (300) so as to mount the vibration isolation pad (100) and the gimbal (300); and a second connecting portion (16), at least two second connecting members (20) being provided in the circumferential direction of the vibration isolation pad (100), and the second connecting members (20) being configured to be cooperatively connected to the main body (12) so as to mount the vibration isolation pad (100) and the main body (12), wherein one of the first connecting members (18) and the second connecting members (20) comprises a mounting hole (22), and the other one comprises a clamping block (24). The vibration isolation structure is relatively simple in design of spatial position and angle, and is less constrained by the spatial position.
