Abstract:
A vibration device, a touch display panel and an electronic product. The vibration device comprises a base substrate, a first transparent conductive anti-diffusion layer and a piezoelectric material layer. The first transparent conductive anti-diffusion layer is located on the base substrate, and the piezoelectric material layer is located on the side of the first transparent conductive anti-diffusion layer away from the base substrate. The first transparent conductive anti-diffusion layer is configured to prevent oxygen from entering the piezoelectric material layer. A first transparent conductive anti-diffusion layer is provided and can prevent its own oxygen from entering a piezoelectric material layer, such that the electrical conductivity of the first transparent conductive anti-diffusion layer is not reduced, and the display efficiency is not affected; moreover, the first transparent conductive anti-diffusion layer is inherently electrically conductive and can be used as a driving electrode for a piezoelectric material.
