Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vibration device capable of directly controlling an electric motor by using a mechanical switch. The vibration device comprises an electric motor, a mechanical switch, a direct-current power supply, a shell and a flexible outer sleeve, wherein an eccentric wheel is arranged on the electric motor, the mechanical switch is directly connected to the electric motor and the direct-current power supply, and the electric motor, the eccentric wheel, the mechanical switch and the direct-current power supply are all arranged in the shell; the shell is strip-shaped, the electric motor is fixedly arranged at the top of the shell, and the flexible outer sleeve is sleeved on the shell; and the flexible outer sleeve is provided with a fixing ring located at the bottom of the shell, and a long axis of the shell intersects with an axial direction of the fixing ring. When the mechanical switch is switched on, the direct-current power supply drives the eccentric wheel to rotate to produce vibration. According to the vibration device capable of directly controlling an electric motor by using a mechanical switch of the present invention, the mechanical switch is used to be directly connected to the electric motor and the direct-current power supply, the electric motor matches with the direct-current power supply, so that a special circuit board and controller and a complex circuit are not required, and a large number of electronic components are saved on, thereby simplifying the design and saving on costs.
