The present invention discloses a vehicular drive device comprising: a rotating electric machine; and a flow-path-forming member assuming the form of a cylindrical shape provided with an inner circumferential surface radially opposing the outer circumferential surface of the rotating electric machine, the flow-path-forming member forming a refrigerant flow path around the rotating electric machine. The refrigerant flow path has: a first circumferential-direction section including a part connecting to a refrigerant supply unit; a second circumferential direction section including a part connecting to a refrigerant discharge unit; and third and fourth circumferential-direction sections on, respectively, one side or the other side of two circumferential-direction sections between the first circumferential-direction section and the second circumferential-direction section in the circumferential direction. The flow-path-forming member has an outwardly bulging part that protrudes in the radial direction in a state in which the sectional area of the refrigerant flow path is reduced in the third circumferential-direction section. The axis of a shaft member is parallel to the axis of the rotating electric machine, and is offset in a direction intersecting the axial direction. The fourth circumferential-direction section, when viewed in the axial direction, intersects a straight line that interconnects the axes between the shaft member and the dynamo-electric machine.
