Abstract:
Disclosed is a vehicle wheel, comprising a rim (10) and a spoke (20), wherein the surface of one end, in the axial direction, of the rim (10) is provided with a first connecting surface (11); part of the surface of one end, in the axial direction, of the spoke (20) is provided with a second connecting surface (21); the spoke (20) and the first connecting surface (11) are laser welded by means of the second connecting surface (21); the position where the first connecting surface (11) and the second connecting surface (21) are in contact is provided with a weld pass structure (100) used for fixedly connecting the rim (10) and the spoke (20); and the weld pass structure (100) is formed by means of part of the rim (10) and part of the spoke (20) being melted and connected together.
