Provided is a method for managing an electric bicycle (10) comprising a vehicle body frame (67) and a motor (M), the method comprising: a step for acquiring any two of a vehicle body number, a power unit number, communication address information of a control circuit (40), a battery number, a vehicle ID, and information for identifying an owner or the like of the electric bicycle (10), as first identification information and second identification information; and a step for associating the acquired first identification information and second identification information with each other.
