Abstract:
Disclosed in embodiments of the present application are a vehicle ETC activation method and apparatus, an electronic device, a system, and a storage medium. The method comprises: receiving online notification information sent by an on-board client, the online notification information comprising identifier information of a vehicle; determining, on the basis of the identifier information, whether the vehicle successfully handles an ETC service; in response to determining that the vehicle successfully handles the ETC service, determining whether the vehicle has ETC to be activated; and in response to determining that the vehicle has ETC to be activated, activating an on-board unit (OBU) by means of the on-board client and an on-board gateway, wherein the on-board client, the on-board gateway and the OBU are respectively mounted on the vehicle.
