Abstract:
Provided is a vehicle door armrest that can be retracted to a position desired by an occupant. A vehicle door armrest (20) includes: a support part (30) that is fixed to a door (15) of a vehicle (10); a forward/backward slider (50) that is supported by the support part (30) and that can slide along a forward/backward rail (51a) which extends in the forward/backward direction; and an armrest body (27) which is supported by the forward/backward slider (50) and on which an occupant can place their arm. The armrest body (27) can be slid backwards from a front-end position at which the entire armrest body overlaps the support part (30).
