Abstract:
A vehicle display device (1) comprises a display device unit (U1) and a combiner unit (U2), wherein: the display device unit includes an image display device (3), an accommodating portion (6) for accommodating a lower display region (30d), a reflecting member (4) which is accommodated in the accommodating portion and which is capable of rotating within a predetermined range, a motor (8) for causing the reflecting member to pivot, and a control portion (9) for controlling the image display device and the motor; the combiner unit includes a hood portion (7) and a combiner (5) disposed on an eye point (EP) side of an upper display region (30u); the reflecting member reflects display light (Lt) of the lower display region toward the combiner; a direction of rotation of the reflecting member is a direction that causes a projection position of the display light to change in a vehicle vertical direction; and the control portion sets a display position, in an image vertical direction, of an image on the lower display region in accordance with the combiner to be assembled with the display device unit, such that the motor can rotate the reflecting member to a rotational position corresponding to the eye point.
