Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a first acquisition unit for acquiring status information including the acoustic situation in an acoustic space provided to a vehicle; a second acquisition unit for acquiring request information that is transmitted from a terminal device of a user and includes the acoustic situation in the acoustic space desired by the user; an assessment unit for assessing, on the basis of the status information and the request information, whether to allow the user to board the acoustic space in the vehicle; and a vehicle dispatch instruction unit for dispatching the vehicle in accordance with the result of assessment by the assessment unit.
