A variable-form cushion structure of an electric vehicle, comprising a chassis (10) having a slide rail (60) and a cushion body (70). The chassis (10) is arranged longitudinally, and the slide rail (60) is arranged extending along the longitudinal direction. The cushion body (70) comprises a support plate (71) and a seat plate (72). A lower end of the seat plate (72) is arranged hinged to an upper end of the support plate (71), a lower end of the support plate (71) is fixedly arranged, and an upper end of the seat plate (72) is movably connected to the slide rail (60). When the upper end of the seat plate (72) is on an upper part of the slide rail (60), the seat plate (72) is obliquely arranged relative to the ground. When the upper end of the seat plate (72) moves to a lower part of the slide rail (60), the seat plate (72) is horizontally arranged. The form of the cushion structure of the electric vehicle may switch between different modes according to the needs of a driver, which thus meets different needs and improves the driving experience and safety of the driver.
