Abstract:
A vamp sewing device, comprising a rack (1) that is provided with a sewing machine (3) and is further provided with an arc-shaped plate (2) adapted to be sleeved with a vamp and a driving mechanism (7) used for driving the arc-shaped plate (2) to rotate and move. The arc-shaped plate (2) is provided with an edge aligning member (5) used for aligning the edge of a collar of a counter and a positioning member (4) used for making a heel lining abut against the vamp; a tightening member used for attaching the vamp to the edge of the arc-shaped plate and tightening is further arranged between the arc-shaped plate (2) and the sewing machine (3); the rack is further provided with a line scan camera (8) and a control panel; the control panel is separately communicatively connected to the line scan camera (8), the sewing machine (3), and the driving mechanism (7). Different forms of collars of counters and styles of counter linings can be effectively matched, semi-automatic production is achieved, and the production and processing efficiency is effectively improved.
