Abstract:
A valve device (30) which is connected to a cavity (15) of a mold (10) provided in a die casting apparatus (1) and opens/closes a suction passage (60) that is a passage for sucking gas in the cavity (15), the valve device being provided with: a valve device body (40); a valve accommodation space (41) that is a space provided in the valve device body (40), connecting with the suction passage (60), having an opening section (44), and including a flange part accommodation space (43); a valve (80) that is provided in the valve accommodation space (41) to be movable in the axial direction and moves to open/close the suction passage (60); a flange part (90) that is detachably attached to the valve (80) in the flange part accommodation space (43) and is movable together with the valve (80) in the flange part accommodation space (41); a blocking part (70) that is attachable/detachable to/from the valve device body (40) and blocks the opening section (44); and a drive part (110) that moves the valve (80) or the flange part (90).
