Abstract:
This vacuum capacitor comprises, as major elements in a vacuum container (1A): a fixed electrode (7); a movable electrode support portion (91) that is disposed opposite the fixed electrode (7) and is movable in an axial direction (Y); a movable electrode (8) that is provided on the movable electrode support portion (91) opposite the fixed electrode (7), and that forms a capacitance between the movable electrode (8) and the fixed electrode (7); a tubular bellows (14) that is supported at one end on a movable-side conductor (6) side of the movable electrode support portion (91) and at the other end on the movable-side conductor (6); and a heat-dissipating portion (17). The heat-dissipating portion (17) has a tubular shape extending in the axial direction (Y) between a tubular body (1a) and the bellows (14) in a vacuum chamber (15), and is supported closer to the outer periphery than the bellows (14) on the movable electrode support portion (91).
