Abstract:
A V-shaped component cutter. Two guide bases (13) are fixed to a mounting base (31), and each guide base is provided with a rectangular guide groove; both ends of a blade (12) are insertedly connected within the two rectangular guide grooves, and a top end of the blade is fixedly connected to a blade holder (11); springs (14) are vertically insertedly connected on the mounting base, and top ends of the springs abuttingly contacts the blade holder; four limiting nail nuts (22) are welded on the mounting base in pairs and are correspondingly placed on the front and rear sides of the blade; one limiting nail (21) is threadedly connected to the two limiting nail nuts of each pair, and the limiting nails are placed below the blade holder; and a V-shaped groove is provided on the mounting base, and the cutting edge of the blade is V-shaped. The cutter is structurally simple, easy to manufacture, and convenient for cutting V-shaped components. During cutting, the cutter is guided by means of a guide base and moves within a gap defined between two mounting plates (311), so that the cutting stability effect is good.
