A urine analysis device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a seating unit into which a urine test kit is seated; a plurality of sensor units provided on the inner surface of the seating unit to irradiate light to the test paper of the test strip provided in the urine test kit and receive light reflected from the test paper; a calibration unit that, on the basis of color information received from the plurality of sensor units, selects an effective sensor unit from among the plurality of sensor units that is located at a position corresponding to the test paper and receives effective reflected light; and an analysis unit that analyzes urine on the basis of the color information received from the effective sensor unit.
