Abstract:
The present invention relates to a urea solution efflorescence detergent additive and a preparation method therefor. By providing a urea solution efflorescence detergent additive, which is prepared through: a mixture preparation step (S1) for preparing a mixture by stirring and mixing monoethanolamine, triethanolamine, methylpropylene triglycol, and methylpropylene glycol; a filtration step (S2) for preparing a filtered mixture by filtering the mixture; and an impurity removal step (S3) for preparing an impurity-removed mixture by removing metal ions and impurities from the filtered mixture, and a preparation method for the urea solution efflorescence detergent additive, the present invention relates to the urea solution efflorescence detergent additive and the preparation method therefor, wherein the efflorescence detergent additive of the present application is used by mixing with an existing urea solution which is injected into an SCR catalytic device for diesel vehicles, and thus can minimize efflorescence occurring in urea solution nozzles and urea solution pumps, wash away adsorbed urea solution crystals, and simultaneously, reduce amounts of carbon dioxide and NOx through normal operation of SCR.
