Abstract:
An upper (2) is the upper (2) of a shoe (1) and includes a knitted fabric substrate (20). The substrate (20) includes a surface layer directed towards the outside of the upper (2). The surface layer includes: a first region (21) formed with a plurality of threads; and a second region (22) formed with a plurality of threads and having a thread arrangement density that is higher than the first region (21). The threads of the first region (21) and the threads of the second region (22) are the same material. The second region (22) is provided with a plurality of colors.
