Abstract:
A universal fixture based machine tool for use in the technical field of machining, comprising: a numerically controlled machine tool body (1), a multifunctional machine tool countertop (2), a medium-sized fixture pallet (3), a small-sized fixture pallet (4), a fixture integration platform (5), a split bench vise (6), and flexible fixture elements (7). The multifunctional machine tool countertop (2), the medium-sized fixture pallet (3), and the small-sized fixture pallet (4) are all formed by perforated foundation plates. The numerically controlled machine tool body can achieve a three-axis machining function of X-, Y-, and Z-coordinate moving axes. The fixture integration platform can achieve a rotary machining function of three rotation axes A, B, and C of the universal fixture based machine tool. The flexible fixture elements can be combined arbitrarily, so that the universal fixture based machine tool has a machining function of three increment axes U, V, and W.
