Abstract:
A B7H3 binding polypeptide, comprising two different anti-B7H3 single domain antibodies. The present invention further relates to a chimeric antigen receptor comprising the B7H3 binding polypeptide, and a universal CAR-T cell comprising the chimeric antigen receptor. An antigen on the surface of a tumor cell is recognized while the TCR and HLA-A genes expressed by cells are knocked out, so that an immune rejection reaction caused by allogeneic CAR-T treatment is reduced, the cell survival time is prolonged, and the anti-tumor effect is improved.
