Abstract:
Disclosed is an ultraviolet light curing device (1), containing a gas injection module (11), a flow regulating module (12), an ultraviolet light curing module (13) and a first gas channel (A1in). The gas injection module (11) includes an upper panel (111), a lower panel (112) and a frame (113), wherein the upper panel (111) is arranged on the upper side of the frame (113), the lower panel (112) is arranged on the lower side of the frame (113) and includes one or more gas outlets (Aout), and a gas-containing chamber (C) is provided among the upper panel (111), the lower panel (112) and the frame (113). The first gas channel (A1in) is connected to the gas injection module (11). The flow regulating module (12) is connected to the first gas channel (A1in) and regulates the flow of gas entering the gas-containing chamber (C) from the first gas channel (A1in). The ultraviolet light curing module (13) contains an ultraviolet light source (332), and the ultraviolet light curing module (13) is arranged on the gas injection module (11) and is connected to the gas injection module (11).
