Abstract:
An ultraviolet emitting device according to the present invention comprises: a lamp having a discharge gas and an ultraviolet emitting source mounted inside; and a first electrode comprising a plurality of yarns formed by extension in a first direction and agglomeration of carbon nanotubes, at least a portion of the first electrode being exposed to the discharge gas in the lamp. Therefore, provided can be a device that is capable of achieving high efficiency through an improvement in electron emission efficiency of the first electrode and has long lifespan through an enhancement in durability.
