Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application relate to the technical fields of gas source purification and concrete preparation. Disclosed are an ultrasonic disturbance stirring type concrete preparation system and method, for solving the problems in the art that there are many impurities in gas introduced into a pneumatic vibrator and cement is agglomerated in a microscopic view in a stirring process. The ultrasonic disturbance stirring type concrete preparation system comprises a concrete preparation device and a gas supply device; the concrete preparation device is used for generating ultrasonic waves by utilizing pure gas to perform disturbance stirring on concrete; the gas supply device is used for supplying pure gas to the concrete preparation device; the gas supply device comprises a drainage assembly arranged along a gas transmission pipeline; the drainage assembly comprises a first buffer container, a second buffer container, a first valve and a second valve; the first buffer container is communicated with the gas transmission pipeline; the first valve connects the first buffer container and the second buffer container; the second valve connects the second buffer container and the outside. The ultrasonic disturbance stirring type concrete preparation system of the present application is used for preparing concrete.
