Abstract:
The present invention comprises a pre-pressing unit in which a pre-pressing member that surrounds the outer circumferential surface of a tool horn is configured as a pre-pressing member having an opening along the axial direction of the tool horn. Further, a ventilation hole is opened in the pre-pressing member, and a blowing means that blows a cooling gas is further provided so as to cool the outer circumferential surface of the tool horn which becomes hot. Using an ultrasonic crimping unit that ultrasonically vibrates the tool horn to ultrasonically crimp a member to be crimped, the tool horn which is ultrasonically vibrated is moved with respect to a boss part of the member to be crimped and subjected to ultrasonic crimping in a state in which the pre-pressing member is moved with respect to the member to be crimped and an attachment member so that the surface of the attachment member is pressed by the pre-pressing member.
