Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of mechanical part cleaning. Disclosed is an ultrasonic cleaning device, comprising a rack, a cleaning tank and an ultrasonic generator. An upper conveyor belt and a lower conveyor belt are sequentially arranged in the cleaning tank in the vertical direction, and a driving mechanism which drives the upper conveyor belt and the lower conveyor belt to work is provided on the rack. A plurality of first baffles are evenly fixed to the upper conveyor belt, and a plurality of second baffles are evenly fixed to the lower conveyor belt, both the first baffles and the second baffles being perpendicular to the horizontal plane; and workpiece placement stations are formed among the upper conveyor belt, the first baffles, the lower conveyor belt and the second baffles. The present invention has the following advantages and effects: metal castings can be vertically placed in the workpiece placement stations; compared with horizontal placement of metal castings on conveyor belts, vertical placement of the metal castings allows more workpieces to be placed in the cleaning tank, so that the volume utilization rate of the cleaning tank is increased; in addition, as the metal castings are vertically placed, the surfaces of the metal castings are fully exposed in water, there is no cleaning dead angle, and the cleaning effect can be improved.
