Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an ultralow-hardness low-temperature activated thermoplastic polyurethane hot melt adhesive film and a preparation method therefor. The hot melt adhesive film comprises 30-40 parts of a hot melt adhesive-grade TPU resin; 5-15 parts of a styrene thermoplastic elastomer; 5-10 parts of polyamide wax; 3-10 parts of a compatilizer; and 0.5-2 parts of an anti-yellowing agent. Since the styrene thermoplastic elastomer has good elasticity and an ultralow hardness, after the styrene thermoplastic elastomer is added, the hardness of the system of the hot melt adhesive film is further reduced, and at the same time, the elasticity thereof is better. The polyamide wax is mainly composed of a non-polar aliphatic hydrocarbon moiety and a polar acylamino functional group, wherein oxygen atoms in acylamino are highly electronegative, and thus tend to form hydrogen bonds with hydrogen atoms in the hydrocarbon moiety, such that the styrene thermoplastic elastomer forms hydrogen bonds, the system forms a three-dimensional network structure, and the bonding capability is improved; and the polyamide wax is easy to activate in a low-temperature environment, such that the system has a low-temperature activation effect.
