Abstract:
The present invention provides an ultrahigh-strength steel sheet, which comprises, by weight%, 0.1% to 0.30% of carbon (C), 1.0% to 2.0% of silicon (Si), 1.5% to 3.0% of magnesium (Mg), 0% (exclusive) to 0.05% of aluminum (Al), 0% (exclusive) to 0.05% of the sum of any one or more selected from niobium (Nb), titanium (Ti) and vanadium (V), 0% (exclusive) to 0.02% of phosphorus (P), 0% (exclusive) to 0.005% of sulfur (S), 0% (exclusive) to 0.006% of nitrogen (N), and the balance being iron (Fe) and unavoidable impurities and has a final microstructure composed of tempered martensite, martensite, pearlite, and retained austenite, with a yield point (YP) of 850 Mpa or higher, a tensile strength (TS) of 1180 MPa or higher, and an elongation index (EI) of 14% or more.
