Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a two-layer floor mounting structure and carriage of a train. The two-layer floor mounting structure comprises a first long beam which is used for mounting a two-layer floor and a second long beam which is used for supporting the first long beam. The first long beam comprises a first bending portion and a second bending portion. Both the first bending portion and the second bending portion are L-shaped structures. A horizontal plate of the first bending portion and a vertical plate of the second bending portion are connected to form an integrated structure. The second long beam is an L-shaped structure. A horizontal plate of the second bending portion is fixedly connected to a horizontal plate of the second long beam to form a floor-supporting surface. In the present application, the problem of the limited mounting space between a door mechanism and a two-layer floor is solved. Furthermore, the design meets overall rigidity and strength requirements of a vehicle body and consolidation strength requirements of the door mechanism, thereby addressing the problem of low flatness of a vehicle body sidewall caused by a supporting structure of a two-layer floor of a bilevel train and a welding fixing area of the vehicle body sidewall being large.
