Abstract:
A turn-up mechanism, a mechanical drum, and a tire forming method. The turn-up mechanism is disposed on a main shaft assembly (10), the turn-up mechanism comprising multiple first turn-up structures (20), and the multiple first turn-up structures (20) being arranged around the circumferential direction of the main shaft assembly (10). A first turn-up structure (20) comprises: a pressure roller assembly (201), the pressure roller assembly (201) being used to roll a sidewall (50) of a tire; a first driving rod assembly and a first driving assembly (211), the first driving rod assembly having a driving connection to the pressure roller assembly (201), and the first driving assembly (211) being connected to the first driving rod assembly so as to drive the pressure roller assembly (201) to move along the radial direction of the tire by means of the first driving rod assembly; a support assembly (25), the support assembly (25) being connected to the first drive rod assembly so as to support the sidewall (50) on the outer side of the turn-up mechanism; and a bladder (60), the bladder (60) being arranged on the support assembly (25) so as to bulge towards the outer side of the turn-up mechanism when in an inflated state, and support the sidewall (50). A tire manufactured by the present turn-up mechanism exhibits stable quality and has a short rolling time consumption.
