Abstract:
A tumor cell auxiliary diagnosis kit. In the kit, a reagent is easy to access through a threaded seal between a sealing plug (7) and a test tube (8), while the sealing performance is sensed by means of a self-heating sensing capsule (9) in the sealing plug (7). When the sealing fails, outside air first enters the test tube (8), and the self-heating sensing capsule (9) in the sealing plug (7) can sense the oxygen in the air in a timely manner and react with the oxygen to generate heat, causing the self-heating sensing capsule (9) to partially melt and then expanding downward under the action of magnetic attraction, so as to provide early warning of sealing failure to technicians by means of visual changes to avoid misuse of the contaminated reagent, thereby improving the reliability and safety of reagent diagnosis.
