Abstract:
In this ceiling traveling vehicle system, first rails and second rails are disposed in a grid. The first rails (or second rails) are disposed such that gaps which allow the passage of a connecting part that is provided below a traveling wheel are formed between the first rails (or second rails) and intersection part rails which are disposed at intersections of the grid. The first rails (or second rails) are provided with an auxiliary member that is removably attached to an attachment part which is provided at an end part in the lengthwise direction, that protrudes from a rail upper surface, and that contacts an auxiliary wheel.
