Abstract:
This transport robot management device comprises an acquiring unit and an identifying unit. The acquiring unit acquires periphery information about an abnormal robot that is abnormally stopped and is at least one among a plurality of transport robots capable of autonomous travel, by using a normal robot that is at least one among the plurality of transport robots and is operating normally. The identifying unit identifies the reason why the abnormal robot is abnormally stopped, on the basis of the periphery information about the abnormal robot acquired by the acquiring unit.
