Abstract:
The invention relates to a transport lug (1) fixed on said transport element (40) for use in transporting or securing a transport element (40) to a predetermined place. The novelty of the invention is characterized in that it comprises at least one body (10), said body (10) comprises a first part (21) positioned on a first axis (I), a third part (23), and a second part (22) positioned on a second axis (II), it comprises a slit (12) on the body (10) allowing a connection element (30) to pass through and said slit (12) is associated on the side of at least one of the first part (21) and the third part (23) and it comprises at least one slot (13) formed wider than the slit (12) to provide mounting tolerance to the connection element (30).

CLAIMS A transport lug (1) fixed on said transport element (40) for use in transporting or securing a transport element (40) to a predetermined location, characterized in that it comprises at least one body (10), that said body (10) comprises a first part (21) positioned on a first axis (I), a third part (23), and a second part (22) positioned on a second axis (II), that it comprises a slit (12) on the body (10) to allow a connection element (30) to pass through, that it comprises at least one slot (13) formed wider than the slit (12), where said slit (12) is associated with at least one side of the first part (21) and the third part (23), to provide mounting tolerance to the connection element (30). A transport lug (1 ) according to Claim 1 , characterized in that said transport element (40) is an air conditioning device. A transport lug (1) according to Claim 1 , characterized in that said slot (13) is located on both the first part (21) and the third part (23). A transport lug (1) according to Claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises at least one groove (14) in the third part (23). A transport lug (1 ) according to Claim 1 , characterized in that it is associated with at least one nut (31) for fixing the connection element (30). A transport lug (1) according to Claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises at least one chamfered part (121 ) to allow the connection element (30) to enter the slit (12). A transport lug (1) according to Claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises at least one mounting hole (11) for connecting to the transport element (40). A transport lug (1 ) according to Claim 7, characterized in that said mounting hole (11 ) is located on both the first part (21) and the third part (23).

DESCRIPTION

A TRANSPORT LUG

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a transport lug fixed on a transport element for use in transporting or securing a transport element to a predetermined location.

BACKGROUND

Air conditioning devices such as air conditioning units and air conditioning units with fresh air are transported by using lifting lugs during production, transportation, and assembly. Especially the installation in the environment where it will work in the field is provided with stud/bolt-like connection elements. It is an important fact that the device is safely transported and not separated from the connection elements on the vertical and lateral axes with these connection elements.

Application KR101965198B1 in the literature relates to a lifting lug. The object of the invention is to reduce the time and labor required along with the lifting lug assembly required for the lifting work and to easily mount the lifted body at the center of gravity. The lug, which is formed by screwing two different plates at their midpoints, carries out the transportation with the help of the ring at the bottom after it is connected to an upper body through which the channel on its surface will pass. The invention is a lifting lug that is designed to reduce the time and labor required during transportation.

The application CN213294446U in the literature relates to a multifunctional lifting lug and a lifting device. The object of the invention is to solve the problems of inflexible use of lifting equipment in the prior art and poor lifting ability. The mechanism consists of a coupling frame, reciprocally arranged traveling wheel assemblies on the coupling frame, a lifting lug plate at the bottom of the coupling frame, and also a locking part on the coupling frame. With the help of the wheels, the H profile provides convenience by walking on the auxiliary conveying element. It is mounted on the part to be transported from the connection points under the lug.

The connection element must not be separated from the transport lug due to vibrations caused by situations such as installation, instrument operation, etc. The aforementioned devices are used in the construction and building sector, and the earthquake issue, which is one of the most important design details in these sectors, should also be considered in the installation connections of these devices and devices. Transportation should continue in all directions with stud/bolt-like connection elements to which the air conditioning device is connected during the earthquake and should not be separated from the location of the device within the specified tolerances.

As a result, all the above-mentioned problems have made it imperative to innovate in the relevant technical field.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a transport lug for eliminating the above-mentioned disadvantages and bringing new advantages to the relevant technical field.

An object of the invention is to provide a transport lug for use in carrying or securing a transport element.

Another object of the invention is to provide a transport lug with a simplified assembly process.

Another object of the invention is to provide a transport lug that shows strength in different directions for use in the transportation or fixation of air conditioners.

The present invention is a transport lug fixed on the transport element for use in transporting a transport element or fixing it to a predetermined place in order to realize all the objects that will emerge from the abovementioned and the following detailed description. Accordingly, its novelty comprises at least one body, said body comprises a first part positioned on a first axis, a third part and a second part positioned on a second axis, it comprises a slit on the body that allows a connection element to pass through, said slit is associated on the side of at least one of the first part and the third part and it comprises at least one slot formed wider than the slit to provide mounting tolerance to the connection element. Thus, the assembly, disassembly and maintenance of the transport element is facilitated through the transport lug. A possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that said transport element is an air conditioning device. Thus, the transportation and installation of air conditioning devices are facilitated.

Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that said slot is positioned on both the first part and the third part. Thus, it is ensured that the connection element is mounted on the first part and the third part.

Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that it comprises at least one groove in the third part. Thus, it is ensured that the cap of the connection element is seated in the groove.

Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that it can be associated with at least one nut for fixing the connection element. Thus, the connection element is fixed on the body.

Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that it comprises at least one chamfered part to allow the connection element to enter the slit. Thus, ease of assembly is ensured for the connection element.

Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that it comprises at least one mounting hole for connecting to the transport element. Thus, it becomes easier to mount the transport lug to the transport element.

Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that said mounting hole is positioned on both the first part and the third part. The mounting tolerance on the lug is thus increased.

In this detailed description, the subject matter of the invention is explained only by means of examples that will not have any limiting effect for a better understanding of the subject matter.

Referring to Figure 1 , the invention relates to a transport lug (1). The transport lug (1 ) allows a predetermined transport element (40) to be moved from one place to another or to be fixed at a predetermined location. The said transport element (40) in the invention can be an air conditioning device such as an air conditioning unit or air conditioning unit with fresh air. It is ensured that the transport element (40) is safely transported on all axes through the transport lug (1 ).

Figure 2 shows a representative perspective view in which the transport lug (1) of the invention is located on the transport element (40). Accordingly, the transport lug (1) is essentially a bracket. The transport lug (1) has a body (10). Said body (10) extends in a curved form on a first axis (I) and on a second axis (II), which is assumed to be perpendicular to said first axis (I). The body (10) has a C form (20). This C form (20) of the body (10) contains both the structure extending on a first axis (I) and the structure extending on a second axis (II). The said first axis (I) is the vertical direction of the transport element (40). The second axis (II) is the direction of the transport element (40) along the ceiling, which is assumed to be perpendicular to the first axis (I). The C form (20) of the body (10) and its parts extending on the second axis (II) are referred to from top to bottom as a first part (21 ) and a third part (23). The region of the body (10) extending in the first axis (I) is referred to as a second part (22).

There is at least one mounting hole (11) on the transport lug (1). The mounting hole (11 ) is preferably located on both sides of the body (10). The mounting holes (11) on the body (10) allow mounting the transport element (40) both perpendicular to the first axis (I) and perpendicular to the second axis (II). In this structure, in order to increase the mounting strength, the transport lug (1) allows the mounting of the transport element (40) both from the side and from the ceiling. The mounting holes (11) are for this purpose located on the first part (21) and the third part (23).

There is at least one slit (12) on the body (10). The slit (12) allows the mounting of at least one connection element (30) to the transport lug (1). The slit (12) completely separates the second part (22) of the body (10) and partially separates the first part (21) and the third part (23) into two parts. The slit (12) can be contacted with the passing of said connection element (30). There is at least one chamfered part (121) on the slit (12) and in particular on the second part (22). The chamfered part (121 ) facilitates the first passage of the connection element (30) through the slit (12). The connection element (30) is connected to the transport lug (1 ) so that it lies on the first axis (I). The nut (31 ) can be used to fasten the connection element (30) on the transport lug (1 ). The nut (31 ) is rotated around the gears on the outer part of the connection element (30) to tighten the connection element (30) on the transport lug (1 ).

It is ensured that the connection element (30) is placed in at least one slot (13) after passing through the slit (12) on the transport lug (1). The slot (13) is formed to be wider than the slit (12). In this way, it is possible to connect the connection element (30) with the transport lug (1) in a way that it has a mounting tolerance. The slot (13) is located on at least one of the first part (21) and the third part (23) on the transport lug (1). Preferably, it is positioned on both the first part (21) and the second part (22).

Figure 3 shows a representative perspective view of the transport lug (1 ) of the invention. Accordingly, there is at least one groove (14) in the third part (23) of the body (10). Said groove (14) is a concave form that allows the connection element (30) to be placed in the cap part (32). In this way, the cap part (32) of the connection element (30) is prevented from protruding outside the transport lug (1).

The transport lugs (1) are mounted at the predetermined places of the transport element (40) in a possible use of the invention. For this, the mounting is carried out through the mounting holes (11 ) on the transport lug (1 ). Then, the connection element (30) is passed through the slit (12) and seated in the slots (13). The assembly process is completed by tightening the nut (31) to the connection element (30) fitted to the slot (13). The transport element (40) is ensured to be safer, and the assembly process is facilitated with this whole embodiment. In addition, the transport lug (1) and the transport element (40) are ensured to be resistant to the load on different axes.

The protection scope of the invention is specified in the appended claims and cannot be strictly limited to those explained in this detailed description for illustrative purposes.
