Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a transformer in which, as a bobbin-less transformer not using a bobbin, winding variation of windings and variation in leakage inductance are reduced and the reliability is improved. A transformer (206) comprises a plurality of cores (301A-301C; 304A-304DB) including a first core (301) and a second core (304), and having windings mounted to the respective cores. The transformer comprises a first winding (303) provided to the first core and a second winding (306) provided to the second core. The first core and the second core are disposed to face each other, and the first winding and the second winding are three-layered insulating wires each in which a self-fusing layer is located on the outer side of a conducting wire coated with an insulating layer. Further, the first winding and the first core are configured to be connected to each other via the self-fusing layer or an adhesive layer.
