Abstract:
Disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are a transformer iron core equivalent conductivity calculation method and a related device. The method comprises: acquiring basic data of a target transformer, the basic data comprising structural data of an iron core, a coil and a cabinet of the transformer, and coil turns, coil material parameters, oil material parameters and rated voltage of the transformer; constructing a three-dimensional magnetic field calculation model of the target transformer according to the basic data of the target transformer, the three-dimensional magnetic field calculation model being a finite element modeling model; substituting an iron core equivalent conductivity of a preset transformer into the three-dimensional magnetic field calculation model to obtain an initial iron core magnetic flux density value; if the initial iron core magnetic flux density value meets a preset condition, using the iron core equivalent conductivity of the preset transformer as an iron core equivalent conductivity of the target transformer; and if the initial iron core magnetic flux density value does not meet the preset condition, adjusting the iron core equivalent conductivity of the preset transformer until the initial iron core magnetic flux density value meets the preset condition.
