Abstract:
This top toy is configured such that an upper body part and a lower body part butt against each other, and the lower body part attaches to the upper body part by being rotated relative to the upper body part in the rotation direction of the top toy. As a result of an external force, the lower body part rotates relative to the upper body part in the opposite direction so as to become detached therefrom. A first engagement part is formed on the lower body part, and a second engagement part that engages with the first engagement part is formed on a portion that integrally rotates with the upper body part. A rod-shaped shaft can be exchanged with another rod-shaped shaft that has a different form and can alter the engagement state between the first engagement part and the second engagement part, and as a result of the exchange, the rotation resistance generated when there is sliding between the first engagement part and the second engagement part when there is relative rotation in the opposite direction is altered. As a result of this configuration, the difficulty of disassembly can easily be adjusted by exchanging the rod-shaped shafts.
