Abstract:
A titanium silicalite molecular sieve having a hierarchical-pore structure. Peaks of the 1H MAS NMR spectrum of the titanium silicalite molecular sieve in a chemical shift range of 1-6 ppm are subjected to peak fitting to obtain five peaks having peak positions corresponding to chemical shifts of 1.8±0.1 ppm, 2.2±0.1 ppm, 2.8±0.1 ppm, 3.8±0.1 ppm and 4.6±0.1 ppm respectively, and the peak area of each peak satisfies a specific proportional relationship. The molecular sieve has a significantly enhanced anti-deactivation property, and can significantly improve the conversion rate of cyclohexanone oxime and the selectivity of caprolactam when the molecular sieve is used in a gas-phase Beckmann rearrangement reaction of cyclohexanone oxime.
