Abstract:
Disclosed are a titanium-molybdenum-based hydroxyapatite composite material for bone repair, and a preparation method therefor. The composite material of the present invention is prepared by mixing a titanium-molybdenum alloy, a process control agent and hydroxyapatite. The composite material prepared by the present invention has a low elastic modulus (30-50 GPa), high compressive strength (500-1550 MPa) and high hardness (300-520 HV), contains a large amount of bioactive ceramic phase (CaTiO3, Ca3(PO4)2, HA etc.), is beneficial for the induction of osseointegration, has excellent mechanical properties and biological activity, and can be used for bone repair and bone replacement.
