Abstract:
A tire and road surface information monitoring method and system, and an apparatus. The method comprises: performing feature factor extraction on a flexible sensing signal of a tire which is collected in real time, and, on the basis of the feature factor and a machine learning fuzzy reasoning algorithm, identifying road surface information; according to the free rolling radius of the tire and a vertical acceleration signal of the tire which is collected in real time, calculating a vehicle speed; according to the vertical acceleration signal and the vehicle speed, calculating a contact time and a contact patch length; on the basis of the contact patch length, the free rolling radius of the tire, and tire pressure information of the tire which is collected in real time, and a tire semi-empirical model, calculating a vertical force; and, according to the road surface information and tire state data, generating in real time tire and road surface information, the tire state data comprising the vehicle speed, the contact time, the contact patch length and the vertical force. The present invention achieves tire data analysis and identification of information of different road surfaces, thereby improving the accuracy of tire and road surface information monitoring.
