Abstract:
A time synchronization method for a head-mounted device and a peripheral device, comprising: first obtaining sampling data of an inertial measurement unit of the peripheral device, and determining a first timestamp representing a sampling moment of the sampling data (S1); then sending an interrupt request and the sampling data to the head-mounted device, and determining a second timestamp representing a moment of sending the interrupt request (S2); then determining a third timestamp representing a moment when the head-mounted device receives the interrupt request (S3); and then determining a time difference value according to the third timestamp and the second timestamp, and performing time compensation on the first timestamp according to the time difference value, such that the peripheral device and the head-mounted device complete time synchronization in a unified time standard (S4). Further provided is a time synchronization apparatus for the head-mounted device and the peripheral device.
