Abstract:
One embodiment of the present invention provides a three-dimensional double frame nanostructure and a manufacturing method therefor. According to the one embodiment of the present invention, gold thin film growth patterns are adjusted according to the type of halide ion (a halogen atom having a negative charge) to be inserted during gold thin film growth, acidity, and the presence of a silver ion so that a planar three-dimensional gold nanostructure having well-developed edges is synthesized, and thus a three-dimensional double frame nano-structure can be synthesized using same. In addition, the three-dimensional double frame nanostructure can be utilized for surface-enhanced Raman scattering analysis.
